Helping people overcome their OCDto get their life back is very meaningful to me. My role is to help you work through your symptoms, so you can get back to doing the things you love to do. I’ve been a licensed OCD therapist since 2013, and I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy because it’s the best tool against OCD.
OCD can feel like happiness is out of reach as intrusive thoughts attack you daily, and you don’t know how to deal with the stress and anxiety that it causes. It feels like a never-ending cycle of thoughts you never want to experience, but you have no way of blocking them. You shouldn’t have to live this way. I create a warm and non-judgemental environment so you can feel free to express yourself as you work through your symptoms. Patients of mine find me empathetic and understanding of their fears. Within a few weeks of consistent ERP treatment, you’ll see the progress that is substantial and effective. Together, we can get you back to the life you want to live.
