She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LMFT
As a therapist, I bring who I am as a person, not just a therapist, to each session. I very much believe in developing a solid rapport with the people I work with, and that involves really getting to know you. What exactly are your struggles? What are your strengths? What do you hope to see on the other side? With that, I always like to bring a solid sense of humor. A fun fact about me: I am a big dog lover. I have my own dog, a maltese poodle. She's a little over one years old and I love to spend time with her. I'm also big into arts and crafts. I love to cross stitch.

I know people who live with OCD, and I've had personal experience with anxiety. I've seen how debilitating they can be. I've improved my own anxiety, and I'd like to share what I've learned with you.
I've always wanted to help people. This was further propelled through my own lived experience. I have a history managing my own depression and anxiety, and I have my lived experiences dealing with therapy and ERP. I think the resiliency of humans—the ability for people to go through really tough experiences, yet still have the strength and desire to come out on the other side—is really inspiring.
I know people who live with OCD. I've seen how debilitating it can be, and how much they really want to get back to a normal life. I also know how debilitating anxiety can be, and how much it can strip you from living the life you want to live. Knowing that I had the ability to improve my anxiety, I want to share it with everyone else.
I have experience treating depression, anxiety disorders, suicidal thoughts and self-harm. I also have lots of experience with borderline personality disorder and other mood disorders.
It's going to be tough. It's going to ask a lot of you, but it's totally worth it in the end.
Go at your pace. If something doesn't feel comfortable right now, it may feel more comfortable at a later time, and that's fine. We're not in any type of rush. I will meet you where you are.
