She/Her
Licensed Therapist, LICSW
I have over 10 years of clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, and children across a variety of settings. As a therapist, I aim to create an empathetic, non-judgmental space where people can feel comfortable opening up and truly feel seen, understood, and less alone in their struggles. I enjoy helping others find the courage and motivation to lean into temporary discomfort in order to change, grow, and reach their full potential. I am creative, solution-focused, and take an integrative mind-body approach to therapy, often encouraging clients to incorporate movement, meditation and mindfulness into their self care ritual. In addition to being a therapist, I’m a certified fitness trainer, coach, and yoga teacher. I love using movement as a powerful tool for building strength and resilience in body and mind.

It’s OK to feel nervous before starting treatment. Change is hard, but so is living with OCD and anxiety. Remind yourself that you can do hard things.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others improve their lives. No matter what someone is struggling with or what they’ve experienced in the past, I love helping people build upon their strengths and feel empowered to overcome their challenges to reach their full potential.
I enjoy seeing the tangible progress people with OCD can make rather quickly when they find the courage to face their fears and learn to tolerate temporary discomfort. So much growth and healing happen when we step outside our comfort zones. It’s rewarding to be able to support and be alongside others through this process.
In addition to OCD, I enjoy helping people with depression, anxiety, PTSD, maternal mental health issues, parenting, emotion regulation, and adjustment-related issues.

You are certainly not alone in feeling this way. I would encourage you to share your apprehensions and be as open as you can. Part of therapy is helping you feel more comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to create that safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you will feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings with me.
