My approach to OCD therapy is, "Whole person first, then OCD." Although OCD is the main area we're focusing on through ERP—Exposure and Response Prevention, which is super-concrete and goal-oriented—I always spent a few minutes checking in on other areas of your life. As a human, you're much more than your OCD. It's challenging to face your fears and triggers, but please know I'm here to hold your hand through the process and will meet you where you're at. My other focus areas include general anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation.
