Licensed Therapist, LMFT
OCD can create overwhelming cycles. As a therapist, I strive to show the connections between how you think, how you act, and how you feel, and how we can break those cycles. A fun fact about me is that I love nature. I've been a runner all my life and now have picked up amateur hiking, which is a fun way to discover nearby natural beauty, especially waterfalls.

Getting back to being you takes practice. I’d like to invite you to invest in yourself as you begin treatment sessions.
From a young age, I gravitated toward helping others, which became my passion. As I grew older, I was able to identify my strengths, which included the ability to help understand people, build trust and rapport, and ensure others that it's OK to seek help. I then made the decision to become a therapist. I'm a family-oriented person who takes pride in staying true to my personal path—helping those in need.
I decided to specialize in OCD because it's a complicated disorder that requires intensive support. I offer that support via evidence-based practices that are extremely effective.
I focus in multiple areas, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I support the overall mental health and well-being of people as I join and challenge them to reach within themselves to live the lives they're looking for. I'm fluent in Spanish and can provide treatment in your primary language if you choose.
Getting back to being you takes practice. ERP (exposure response prevention) will be utilized to support you and help you take back control of your life. ERP has been proven to be extremely effective with all subtypes of OCD. It is considered the gold standard of OCD treatment. I’d like to invite you to invest in yourself as you begin treatment sessions.
Seeking help takes courage. I commend you for taking this step on your path to feeling better. In my years of experience, I have seen how important it is to learn about yourself and seek out support systems in family and friends. It's a choice to be aware of current needs and challenge yourself to address them.
