My approach to treating OCD is to provide a warm, non-judgmental, encouraging space to help you understand your symptoms and to work toward your goals, step by step. I will be your teammate, coach, and cheerleader as we navigate the path to greater relief from your OCD. Outside of work, I love to explore Austin with my puppy, Bowie, who is learning to swim. I am a certified yoga teacher and enjoy baking and trying new recipes.
OCD can make it really tough to realize that you are not somehow flawed. I will help you realize that you're not alone in experiencing these debilitating symptoms, there is not something lacking in you, and there are specific, approachable, life-changing tools that can show you some light at the end of the tunnel.
NOCD therapists are trained by our world-renowned clinical leadership team.
