My experience with treating OCD:

I become a therapist because it means a lot to me to make a difference in the lives of those living with OCD. I understand your struggle, and I want to provide you hope for a successful future. I’ve been practicing as a licensed therapist for over 15 years, and when treating OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to create positive changes in people’s lives. That’s the power of ERP.

About Me

OCD can be debilitating, and being able to build someone’s ability to fight OCD on their own makes me feel like we’ve accomplished something big together. If you’re experiencing intrusive thoughts and don’t know how to get away from them, I can help. It begins with me listening to you without judgment. Therapy is a healing process, so my duty is to create steps that you can take towards your emotional healing. When you share your intrusive thoughts with me, I work with you to learn the history of those thoughts, so I can piece together what you’re going through. With trust and good communication, we can create a personalized plan for you to heal and get your life back.
