I’ve been treating people for depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and especially OCD for over 25 years. Watching people feel better under my treatment warms my heart. Coming on board to NOCD, I can take my experience and guide you to overcoming your OCD by using a treatment method that’s scientifically proven to work. The treatment is called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, and together, we can use this therapy to get you in a good place, feeling better, and experiencing more joy.
Intrusive thoughts can make you doubt yourself, feel ashamed, and even make you feel scared of going to places you once found comforting. But your OCD doesn’t reflect who you are, and your intrusive thoughts are not your intentions. In our sessions, you’ll find a non-judgemental space to speak freely. The more comfortable you are, the more willing you’ll be to open up and reveal what’s bothering you and why. Building a good rapport and strong collaboration is essential to me. These two factors allow you to become more relaxed as you face your fears.
