My background in relational emotionally focused therapy helps me stay attuned to difficult experiences like shame, guilt, and embarrassment, as well as how challenges can affect relationships and families. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety and depression, as well as helping people navigate divorce, interpersonal challenges, and job loss.
