My style is direct, honest, and deeply human. I like to educate, ask thoughtful questions, and point out patterns, while making room for you to be yourself and laugh. I want therapy to feel less like you're performing for a clinician and more like you're talking to a living journal—someone who's attentive, curious, and genuinely invested in what you’re experiencing. We’ll work through the hard things together and keep moving toward progress. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with generalized and social anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and trauma.
