Reaching out for therapy can feel like a huge step, especially when OCD has you convinced you need to have it all figured out first—but you don't. You just need to be willing to take that next step, and we'll figure out the rest together. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be most effective for OCD, and I'll adapt our sessions to the way you learn best. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment-related concerns.
