I’ll help you understand OCD and intrusive thoughts and learn that your experiences don’t define you. Together, we’ll work toward the meaningful life you want. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with autism, ADHD, sensory processing concerns, eating concerns, and the experiences of LGBTQIA+ communities.
