I’m a human first and a therapist second. My own positive experience in therapy showed me how meaningful that relationship can be, and I try to bring that same warmth and perspective. I love treating OCD with ERP (exposure and response prevention) because it helps reduce distress and anxiety, which makes more room for goals, values, and strengths to shine. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, and I’ll be the GPS, helping you find a path toward what matters most to you. I also have experience treating anxiety, depressive disorders, and PTSD, and working with couples and LGBTQIA+ Members.
