I've spent years in the mental health field, working across psychiatric hospitals, schools, and community services, which taught me how often OCD and anxiety go underdiagnosed. My office is a genuinely safe space, dog included, where you can get real about your thoughts, behaviors, and fears without judgment. ERP is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be most effective for OCD, and I'll guide, coach, and cheer you on as you learn to manage your symptoms. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety disorders, specific phobias, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use.
