I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable showing up as yourself. My experience providing individual and group therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings has taught me the importance of tailoring therapy to each Member’s needs. I find it rewarding to help people navigate everyday struggles and see meaningful changes in their lives. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, behavioral health needs, and substance use conditions.
