I’m down-to-earth in sessions, and I’ll take the time to get to know you. Sometimes we’ll joke around, and sometimes we’ll take a serious look at things that may have gone unexamined for a long time. I’m here to help you build confidence and make meaningful changes in your life. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with addiction, trauma, relationship concerns, and anxiety-related concerns.
