I don’t see therapy as me having all the answers—I see it as us working together to understand what’s happening and figure out what will be most helpful for you. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself; you can talk to me without fear of judgment. You're in the driver's seat here, in full control of our pace. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC Members.
