I want members who come into this space to be their authentic selves. I've spent 18 years in mental health, largely working with individuals navigating severe and persistent mental health conditions alongside co-occurring substance use. If starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy feels scary, know that change is always uncomfortable at first. ERP is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be most effective for OCD, and walking through that discomfort is how we grow toward the life you want. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with psychosis, PTSD, other anxiety disorders, and major depression, and I've worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community, including supporting people through gender identity questioning and transition.
