It's easier when someone can guide you along the way. In our sessions, I’ll spend time getting to know you, building trust, and helping you recognize your strengths. Then we'll develop tools to help you move toward your goals and return to the things in life you may be avoiding. My background includes work with the BIPOC community. I also have experience treating anxiety and depression.
