I have a background in expressive arts therapy—so I offer creative approaches, including art—and somatic experiencing, which is trauma-informed. I look forward to celebrating progress with you, including the small wins along the way. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and addiction.
