Why I became a therapist

I'm passionate about seeing people become the fullest version of themselves. I want to see you thrive in whatever season of life you're in, free from the negative beliefs that try to hold you down.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

My hope is that you leave every session feeling more seen, heard, valued, and known. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your story and come exactly as you are.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

If you're feeling hesitant about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, I want you to know you're not alone. Those feelings are completely normal and valid. I'd encourage you to give it a shot, give it your all, and see what happens—you have nothing to lose.

The most rewarding part of treating OCD

I love meeting people who are brave, honest, open, and willing to do the work. I know it isn't always easy, but it's often worth it. Celebrating every win, big or small, and walking alongside my Members through that journey is the best feeling.
