My goal is to create not just a safe space, but a brave and courageous one, where you feel comfortable talking about difficult things. I emphasize strengths from the start, helping you recognize what you're already good at so you feel like you're building on a strong foundation rather than starting from scratch. I've spent much of my career working with college athletes, having previously served as a therapist at Eastern Michigan University, as well as with men of all ages and the Latinx and LGBTQIA+ communities. I also have experience with how OCD overlaps with generalized anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, panic disorder, performance anxiety, major depressive disorder, and bipolar disorder.
