I became a therapist to help people access inclusive, affirming care that welcomes all parts of their identity, culture, and lived experience. My approach is grounded in helping you better understand what you’re experiencing so you can live your life, not your diagnosis. This is a non-judgmental space where you can share openly, even when something feels uncomfortable to say. I provide culturally informed, responsive therapy and have experience treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, complex trauma, PTSD, gender dysphoria, and body dysmorphia.
