I bring a calm, relaxed approach to sessions, with humor when appropriate. It’s important to me that you feel truly heard and that you know I care about what you’re going through. I want to understand you as a person and the experiences that shape your life. My goal is to help you make meaningful changes. Everybody deserves to live the life they want. I also have experience with how OCD can overlap with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar-related concerns.

Why I chose to specialize in OCD
I decided early on that it was really important to me to help people in a meaningful way. I chose to specialize in OCD because I saw a lot of people struggling in this area and didn't feel like I had really effective ways to help them. When the opportunity came up to focus on OCD, I saw it as a great way to help people even more.
How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
It's really important to me that you know I'm listening and that I really care about what you're going through. My purpose is to help you with that struggle. Everybody has struggles in life, and if I can help ease that struggle, I believe everybody deserves to have the life they want.
My message to you if you're considering therapy
If you're on the fence about starting exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, I would say give it a try. It might be different from what you've experienced in the past. It's very collaborative and active, and you have a lot of say in what gets addressed at any point. If you're looking for something you can actively engage in and be a part of the process, give it a try.
What my Members appreciate about working with me
I've heard from people I've worked with that I'm easy to talk with and that they appreciate the relaxed atmosphere I bring to sessions, along with my calmness and humor when it's appropriate. They also believe that I'm truly invested in them as a human being and in their life.
