My experience with treating OCD:

I’ve been a licensed therapist for over 6 years, and have recently trained with NOCD clinicians to specialize in OCD treatment. I’ve worked at university counseling centers, taking a wide range of cases dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other health challenges. During our time, I’ll use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to help you lose your dependency on the never-ending cycle of compulsions.

About Me

ERP sessions require you to sit with your distress as you learn how to get over your fears. Everyone experiences thoughts that make them uncomfortable; the thoughts you're having will persist because OCD never truly goes away. That’s why we say doing ERP will help you manage your OCD. But you can address your OCD quickly when it does pop up unexpectedly, instead of going hours with the anxiety that it causes. I’ll create a comfortable space for you to work in, so you can share your OCD experiences without judgment. I find empowering those who want to overcome their mental health challenges to be rewarding and strive to help them become the person they want to be. You can count on me to be by your side with full support, knowledge, and experience in cultivating success through therapy.
