My personal connection to OCD and mental health

As someone who has struggled with both anxiety and depression in the past, I've realized how life-changing and empowering therapy can be. That is what led me to become a therapist myself. I have a diverse background, but the common thread is that I'm a natural teacher, which allows me to communicate effectively and connect with many people across different backgrounds.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I give you permission to be who you are and exactly where you are. You'll see that therapy with me is a safe, judgment-free space.

What I want to help you see in yourself

I want you to see your own strength and resilience. I want you to be able to break free from compulsions and start living with more freedom and confidence.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy can seem challenging, but if you're willing to put in the work and sit through the discomfort, it can be a very rewarding process. ERP is highly effective, and it's possible to see improvement at a rapid rate.
