Therapy can be difficult and uncomfortable. My role is to help you learn to tolerate that discomfort, so you can live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. In addition to OCD, my areas of focus include LGBTQ+ issues, depression, self-esteem/self-compassion, and mindfulness.
