I come from a family of helping professionals, including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and nurses. As far back as I can remember, I've had an interest in the mind and mental health. I enjoy seeing people overcome mental health challenges and improve their lives.

Once I had experience treating OCD, I quickly knew I wanted to specialize. In my geographic area, there's a huge need for OCD therapists as well.

Anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experienced anxiety throughout my lifetime. If I can help someone live with anxiety, OCD, or anything else, I find it enormously rewarding.

The first step is always the hardest. It's normal to feel anxious about getting started, but the more we meet, the more comfortable you'll feel, and the easier sessions will become.
