My path to becoming a therapist grew from my own experience with anxiety and depression, and from supporting loved ones with OCD and substance use. I believe growth starts with safety, so I focus on building trust through patience, empathy, and compassion, helping you feel comfortable being vulnerable at your own pace. I’ll support you in sitting with discomfort so you can feel more confident, secure, and grounded in yourself. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
