I’m passionate about helping people work through stressors and move toward the life they want. I’m down-to-earth and relatable, and I create a no-judgment zone where you can show up as your true self. In our work together, we’ll process what’s been weighing on you and build a clear plan to help you move forward. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing people show up, trust the process, and ultimately achieve their goals. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating anxiety, mood disorders, and depression.
