I take a collaborative, honest, and authentic approach to OCD therapy, with you in the driver’s seat and me alongside. We’ll move at your pace and work toward your goals together. I’ll listen closely to what you’ve been struggling with so I can offer treatment that truly fits your needs. In addition to OCD, I treat anxiety, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder, and I support LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
