I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and validated—especially if you’ve been carrying hard things on your own. As a mom of two teenagers with a background in behavioral therapy and play therapy, I bring structure, creativity, and real-life understanding to sessions. We’ll move through exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy at your pace, taking gradual steps. I work hard to create a safe, respectful environment where we can work, talk, and even play together. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating anxiety and supporting individuals with neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia.
