I became a therapist to genuinely help people achieve and maintain emotional stability. I specialize in OCD because it's linked to anxiety, which resonates with me because of my own life experiences. In our sessions, I will work collaboratively with you to build trust in our therapeutic relationship. I'm authentic and dedicated. I won't give up on you, no matter what challenges you face. I consider myself multicultural and speak multiple languages. I have experience working with specific populations, including LGBTQIA+.

Good experience

I felt fully listened to, while also challenged and not blanket agreed with/enabled. Danny always seems to be able to protect me from wasting my own session time by going off on tangents or getting away from the core of things, and manages to without ever triggering the sense of being dismissed. External life is objectively improving, the sessions always have some practicality for the time in between, so far so good.

Good experience

I had a good session, but went off on several tangents, (as I’m often wont to do), and still feel like I’m not getting enough analytical tools to subjugate my incessant procrastination. I will discuss this with my LPT at my next session. Hopefully.🫤
