I became a therapist because I’ve always wanted to understand how people’s minds work and what their behaviors mean. I relate to the desire for certainty and control, and I understand how anxiety can get in the way of living the life you want. In sessions, I'll create a safe, supportive space by remembering that you are the expert on you. I love to see people grow more authentic and take ownership of choices that align with their values. In addition to OCD, I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief, and postpartum issues.
