OCD therapy can feel challenging at first, but once you begin confronting your fears, it's like riding a bike: you build a ton of confidence. We're in this together, and I'm confident you'll reach your goals. In addition to OCD, my focus areas include anxiety and depression; there is space to address all of that in our sessions.
