My approach to treating OCD is collaborative and creative. I believe members are the experts on their lives, their beliefs, and their difficulties. I will listen with curiosity and compassion and work to find the path forward that makes the most sense for you. As a child, I saw my grandmother and my father struggle with OCD. My professional experience in treating trauma and dissociative disorders has given me a deep understanding and appreciation of how our brains adapt so we can persevere through distress. I see this same perseverance in OCD.
