Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a medical language interpreter and witnessed firsthand how powerful therapy can be. That experience led me to specialize in anxiety disorders and OCD. I'm compassionate and collaborative in sessions, combining evidence-based treatment with a strong emphasis on emotional safety. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported while being gently challenged. In addition to OCD, I treat depression, anxiety, and trauma, and I work with individuals from diverse cultural and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds.
