As your OCD therapist, I'll really take the time to understand what you're going through. I want our relationship to be built on trust. We'll work at a manageable pace, with you in the driver's seat and me alongside, cheering you on. There's nothing you won't be able to do. My work is influenced by Buddhist psychology and yogic philosophy, which has helped with my own anxiety. In addition to OCD, my focus areas include depression, anxiety, agoraphobia, trauma, and PTSD. I find joy in helping LGBTQIA+ people live aligned, authentic lives.
