My approach to OCD therapy is highly compassionate and person-centered. OCD is more than just intrusive thoughts; it often causes difficult feelings such as shame, guilt, and self-doubt. I work on targeting the cycle of obsessions and compulsions through exposure and response prevention (ERP) work, while promoting self-compassion, reducing avoidance, and helping you build on your sense of self and values. In our sessions, I'll create a safe space where you can feel like your most true and authentic self. I also have experience helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD.
