Several people close to me live with OCD, and I’ve witnessed how deeply it can impact every aspect of life—so OCD holds a personal place in my heart. I'm a collaborative, structured, and compassionate therapist. I use evidence-based interventions, while pacing treatment to match each person's readiness and comfort level. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where Members feel supported in facing their fears and building their ability to manage symptoms. My goal is to help you reclaim your life. I also have experience treating substance use, borderline personality disorder, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, and depression.

My personal connection to OCD and mental health

My brother has OCD, so I've seen firsthand how it can affect people, and how much progress can be made with treatment. Having that personal experience has made me more knowledgeable about OCD, and I've always been interested in mental health more broadly. Seeing friends struggle with mental health challenges and going to therapy myself really inspired me and made me want to become a therapist.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy

I always encourage people to be authentically themselves. That's something I really prioritize in my relationships, and I want that within my therapy sessions too. I'm very open-minded and encouraging, and I would never judge or put anyone down for what they share. I'm very personable, very authentically myself, and I try to create an environment where you're encouraged to share.

What I want to help you see in yourself

I want to bring out your determination, strength, and perseverance, and help you feel happy with yourself. I know this process may feel difficult at times, but it's worth pushing through. I want you to feel equipped with the skills and tools—and to bring awareness to them so you can continue helping yourself.

My message to you if you're considering therapy

Exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD has a high success rate, and you really get out of it what you put into it. If you embrace this process, it's highly likely that you will see results. Along the way, my focus will be 100% on you—helping you work toward whatever you want to accomplish and guiding you along the way.
