My approach to treating OCD is both structured and deeply human. I view each person with curiosity, compassion, and respect for their inner world. OCD doesn't exist in a vacuum. It's shaped by personal history, emotions, and often unspoken beliefs about responsibility, control, or identity. Together, we'll work to face your fears directly while building tolerance for uncertainty and discomfort. I'll remain attentive to your broader emotional landscape: the shame, doubt, grief, or trauma that may accompany your symptoms. My other areas of focus include trauma, personality disorders, relationships, and addiction.

P.H.
Stan is intelligent, attentive, insightful and perceptive - all qualities that I think an effective therapist should possess. The time I spend with him is teaching me a lot about myself.
