I specialize in treating OCD because anxiety disorders and OCD hit close to home for me. At NOCD, we take a collaborative approach to treatment. You are the expert on your OCD, and I am here to support, encourage, and guide you through ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). I will create a safe, accepting space where you can be yourself, respecting your pace while gently encouraging progress toward your goals. In addition to OCD therapy, I primarily focus on depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationships, and life transitions.
