I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy so you can own a new way of functioning in life while facing your worries about the world. Connection between you and myself are key. Through our collaborative efforts, you'll learn to conquer your unwanted thoughts so you gain comfort with living your life.
I believe that as we get to know each other and I share the knowledge that I bring through experience while you share what it's been like for you to cope and live with OCD ... that we can together figure things out and work to make your life improved.
