You can improve your quality of life, if you show up for yourself and accept support in taking consistent action. You may find this is less overwhelming than you might expect. Sometimes the first step is the most challenging one. Give yourself a chance! My other areas of professional focus include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, complex trauma, co-occurring substance abuse, and LGBT issues.
