You may also be practicing mental or physical rituals (also known as compulsions) to relieve your anxiety. Using ERP, I will teach you to not depend on compulsions. It’s a big step, but I’m here to help. Over the years, people have said that I’m easy to work with, and that I understand them well, making them feel safe and comfortable. I will listen to you with compassion and empathy, because I know living with COD is hard. Let’s work tougher to make a positive difference in your life.
