My approach to treating OCD begins with sitting with a member to gain a deep understanding of the struggle he or she is facing. The member and I then develop a plan and set obtainable, realistic goals. After establishing these baselines, we begin Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help minimize and alleviate the symptoms of OCD. It's an honor to empower people and shed light on a new way of healing. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, marital conflict and relationship tune-ups, grief, trauma, adolescent adjustment concerns, and family counseling.

Why our members love working with Rachel
A.L.
Rachel has been absolutely amazing. She is warm, personable, and genuinely supportive, and she created a space where I felt understood and never judged. She helped me make real progress with excoriation and gave me practical, sustainable tools to care for myself rather than punish myself. Because of her guidance, I feel more confident handling challenges and more compassionate toward myself. She has been such a positive presence in my life, and I am incredibly grateful for her support.

Rachel is literally the best. I prayed & prayed to find someone who would be a great fit for me and The Good Lord answered by providing me with Rachel! She makes me feel seen, understood, normal, encouraged, and hopeful!! If you are looking for a therapist look no further. They don’t get better than her, seriously. Thank you, Rachel, for all you do!
A.C.
Extremely kind and compassionate therapist. Rachel genuinely has made a huge impact on my life. I’d recommend her to anyone.
