OCD is a diagnosis that is often misunderstood and overlooked. I believe everyone deserves help, and I want to be that help. As an OCD therapist, I'm solution-focused and goal-oriented. I often look at the end goal and work backward. This helps plan and organize our major steps for therapy, allowing for tweaks along the way. As long as you're ready and willing to put in the time and effort, I am too. Therapy is a process, so be patient and give yourself some grace. I also specialize in treating adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, and grief.

How I create a safe, supportive environment in therapy
I'll be very open with you, and let you know that this is a safe space. You can really tell me anything—I'm here just to be a listening ear. And behind every good therapist is an even better therapist. I'll tell you that I have a therapist because I don't want anyone to be ashamed of going to therapy. I've gone for years. I know I would want my therapist to give their all, so that's what I try to do.
My message to you if you're struggling right now
If you're feeling hesitant, but you know that you need help in some kind of way, I would say go for it. You can always say no. But at the end of the day, if you don't try, then how will you know? The first step is always going to seem the hardest, but without it, you're stuck in place. You've got to step somewhere.
What my Members say they appreciate about me
I see that my Members are people, and that they don't want OCD to win. I always tell them that you and your OCD brain, those are different. I started messaging my Members the day before their sessions just to give a little reminder of that. It's really cool, because I'll get responses from them at different times, and sometimes they'll tell me they really needed this.
Why our members love working with Ashley
C.S.
My therapist is an absolute life saver, even tho she tells me I’m doing all of it, she has changed my life, I’ve felt so overwhelmed with ocd for 28 years of my life and the ERP training and more has gave me my life back. I’ve never in my entire life met somebody that motivates me and makes me feel like I’m not losing my mind as much as my therapist.
