My approach to treating OCD is understanding, open, and non-judgmental. We'll work together to help you make meaningful changes, empowering you to build a life that's truly worth living. I'll equip you with tools to regain a sense of control and experience freedom you may not have thought was possible. I incorporate feminist theory into my practice because I believe that understanding and challenging social expectations can be empowering. I also find that mindfulness and meditative practices help build a stronger mind-body connection.
