As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, warm, grounded space for everyone I work with. This is a non-judgmental environment—nothing you say will shock me. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy encourages you to face things your brain tends to avoid. That might feel scary at first, but you won't be doing it alone. We'll work side by side at a pace that's comfortable for you. In addition to OCD, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, PTSD, depression, and other mood disorders, as well as individuals navigating high-stress jobs.
