My approach to treating OCD is to educate and empower you to challenge intrusive thoughts—you can change how you respond to triggers and fears, and by doing so, decrease your anxiety and distress. A little bit about me: I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading books and DIY crafts. I also love documentaries and all kinds of movies, including rom-coms, action and sci-fi.
